Admission process 

Candidates can apply to Jain University in online or offline mode. 

Online mode admission process:

1. Register yourself: In the first step, candidates have to register themselves using their mobile number and e-mail ID. 
2. Verify: The university will verify through OTP or SMS. 
3. Fill out the application form. Now candidates can fill out the application form, where they have to mention their details and their qualification details correctly. 
4. Upload documents: Along with the application form, candidates have to upload their scanned documents. 
5. Application fee: In the last step, candidates have to pay their application form fee in online mode through debit, credit card, or net banking. 

Offline Admission Process: Candidates can purchase the application form from the admission office, fill out the admission form, and submit all the required documents.

Ques. Are online degree programs offered by JAIN (Deemed University) at UGC eligible?

Ans. Yes, universities are authorized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) to offer online degree programs. In addition, Jain University’s MBA and MCA programs are approved by AICTE.

Ques. How many units are there in the program?

Ans.

1. Bachelor's program: 132 units
2. Postgraduate program: 90 units
3. (1 unit = 30 hours of study)

Ans. The admissions office will contact you about the status of your admission via your registered email address or phone number.

Ques. What are the eligibility criteria for online degree programs?

Ans. Bachelor program:

Undergraduate program: Pass (10+2) examination of any State Board/CBSE/NIOS/IGCSE/IB/ICSE recognized by the State or Central Government.

Graduate Program:

For MBA and MCA, pass at least three years of a bachelor's program in any discipline from a UGC-recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent letter or numerical marks. 5% relaxation is given to SC/ST candidates.

For other postgraduate programs:

Complete at least three years of a bachelor's program in any discipline from eligible UGC universities.

Ques. What documents are required for admission?

Ans.

1. A scanned copy of a color passport-size photograph.
2. Scanned copies of eligibility test certificates, KYC slips, and documents (Aadhar card, PAN, voter ID, etc.)
3. Scanned copy of any original document containing the date of birth, i.e., X mark sheet, school leaving certificate issued by school authorities, transfer certificate, or identity certificate.

Ques. How is the selection process?

Ans. The selection process will be based on the eligibility criteria mentioned. After the verification of your documents, your selection will be confirmed.

Ques. Is there an entrance test for online programs?

Ans. No, candidates don’t have to take any entrance tests.
