About Alagappa University Distance Education 

Alagappa University was established in 1985 and is located in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. The university is accredited with an A+ grade by NAAC and its degree programs are recognized by UGC. Alagappa University has three main colleges and 51 affiliated colleges. In addition, Alagappa is also a member of AIU and Commonwealth University.
